As a Certified Financial Plannerâ„¢ professional and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, Joe helps clients pursue their goals and aspirations, specializing in financial planning for doctors, lawyers, divorcees, corporate executives and business owners. The rigor of his financial training and his military experience at West Point drive his disciplined approach for guiding clients in navigating milestones and the markets. He shares his core-values of integrity and dependability with the people he serves, building strong relationships based on mutual respect.
His business background serves him well as Managing Partner and Financial Planning Director for the team. Seeking more independence as well as robust resources, he helped establish Reveille Wealth Management, and affiliated with Raymond James, in 2021. Before that, he served as Vice President, Portfolio Management Director, Equity Plan Specialist and Insurance Planning Director at Morgan Stanley for seven years. He has a drive to be the best in his field and always strives to provide client-first service.
After 20 years of military and business leadership, Joe joined the industry as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch in 2010. As a 1989 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, he served as an Infantry Platoon Leader in Operation Desert Storm. He completed two years as president of West Point alumni in Atlanta, and he manages their silent auction to raise money for West Point Charitable Enterprises. In his free time, Joe enjoys athletic pursuits. He is a nationally ranked tennis player and completed the Ironman Triathlon in 11 hours, 24 minutes. He grew up in Thomaston, Georgia, and lives with his wife, Suzie, in Peachtree City. They have three adult children.
